On April 30th of this year, I purchased a Karavan personal watercraft trailer from Matt Kittel. Compared to quarter million dollar vessels that were at the dealership, my purchase was very minuscule. Even though my purchase wasn't worth much, Matt treated me important and like I was his only customer which is outstanding when one considers the high value of the other stock. I live South of Missoula, so most of the business was conducted via phone and email. Matt was very conscientious and obtained all the information I requested and always contacted me in a timely manner. It is because of Matt's outstanding service and professionalism that I will do business again with Launch Watersports in Kalispell. The parts/service department was very good to me. All of the parts that I needed they had in stock, nowhere else in Montana did. I left my house knowing that I would be pushing the 5pm closing time and they were aware of that as well. Between getting stuck in some construction and a misguided GPS, I did not make it there by 5pm. Daryl kindly waited after hours for me and helped carry the stuff to my vehicle. Thank you sooo much! Your customer service was worth the 3 hour drive!
